HISTORY

Queens Park Villa is a Historic Grade || Listed building built in 1831 and designed by Sir Charles Barry who was also the architect of the Houses of Parliament. In around 1830, the land was sold on to Thomas Attree, a local solicitor. Attree erected a substantial wall around the 25 hectare estate, planted a number of major trees in the central park area and, in 1831, commissioned the Sir Charles Barry (1795-1860), to build a villa at the northern end of the site. Attree intended this for his own personal use as a country house.

Queens Park Villa, previously known as Pennant Lodge stands within the original plot of Attree's land. It was the home to Lady Emily Pennant in the early 1800's and to Charles Freshfield in the latter part of the century.

Now owned by an award winning developer who has restored Queens Park Villa and its surrounding land back to its original splendour with private residents garden and parking. The grace and scale of this iconic building has been restored into 7 unique apartments that reflect the perfect combination of contemporary living and built to exacting standards

Four apartments have already been sold, this the fifth now completed and available.
